Our company occupies a
13,000 square foot building designed to build and assemble injection molds in a seamless
environment.
It includes all the necessary Engineering and Manufacturing facilities as
well as an employee cafeteria, conference room, weight room and locker room.
Our 27 person staff is comprised of :

- 3 EDM Specialists
- 10 Mold Makers
- 3 Person Management Team (CEO, President & Engineering Manager)
- 4 Support Personnel (Accounting, Clerical, Delivery & Maintenance)
1 FADAL VMC4020 CNC Vertical Machining Centers with automatic tool
changer and full tooling
- 1 FADAL VMC-15 CNC Vertical Machining Centers with automatic tool changer and full
tooling
- 1 COMPUMILL CNC Machining Center equipped with Bendix System 10 control, full tooling
package for milling, drilling, and tapping, vices and coolant systems.
- 1 DAEWOO PUMA 6s CNC Turning Center with full tooling.
- 7 BRIDGEPORT Millers.
- 15 GRINDING Machines.
- 1 LEBLOND Lathe.
- 1 TIG Micro Welding Center with high power scopes and pre and
post heating capabilities.

OUR EQUIPMENT
- Network of 9 Pentium Pro PC Workstations equipped with the
floating licenses of Pro/E, Pro/Mold, SolidWorks,
AutoCAD, MasterCAM, Mold Plus, and Cadkey
software.
- 1 Mikron 600 High Speed Vertical Machining
Center with 42,000 RPM spindle, up to 590 IPM feed rate, Heidenhain TNC 426 control, 36
capacity tool changer and a Laser Measuring System for tool calibration,
specifically for high speed machining of electrodes or hardened cavities and cores.
- 1 AgieCut 150 Wire EDM Machine.
4 AGIE CNC EDM Machines, 2 Star-20 EDM Machines with four tool changer,
3R tooling system, and 4th axis capability; 1 Model 20 and 1 Model 30 EDM Machines with
five tool changer and 3R tooling system.
2 ELTEE-PULSITRON 30 AMP EDM Machines, equipped with 3R tooling system and VCM computer
and 3R tooling.
